The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service and a commitment to providing the highest level of hospitality. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay and that all staff members are properly trained and motivated.The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience managing a front office, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They should be organized and able to prioritize tasks as well as solve problems quickly and efficiently. The Front Office Manager should also have an in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including current trends and best practices.
