Job Description

As a Front Office Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.   1. Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, creating a positive first impression for their stay at the hotel.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs and requests.
  3. Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately, ensuring all necessary information is collected and recorded.
  4. Answer phone calls and inquiries from guests, providing information and assistance as needed.
  5. Assist with reservations and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  7. Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  8. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
  9. Continuously strive to improve guest satisfaction and exceed expectations.
  10. Stay up-to-date on hotel amenities, services, and promotions to effectively communicate them to guests.
  11. Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  12. Train and mentor new front office staff members to uphold the highest level of customer service.
  13. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
  14. Enter and retrieve guest information and reservations in the hotel's computer system.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager or other hotel management.
