If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Hyatt as a Front Office Host.As a Front Office Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, making their first impression of our hotel a memorable one. Your main responsibility will be to ensure excellent customer service and assist with all front office tasks including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in a similar role and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.   1. Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and responding to guest needs and concerns.
  3. Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  4. Handle reservations and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
  5. Answer guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including keeping supplies stocked and equipment in working order.
  7. Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  8. Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner.
  9. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  10. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on hotel policies and procedures.
  11. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and in accordance with hotel policies.
  12. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
  13. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  14. Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic in all tasks and interactions.
  15. Uphold the brand reputation of Hyatt by providing excellent service and upholding company standards.
  16. Continuously strive to improve the guest experience and suggest new ideas for enhancing the front office operations.
  17. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  18. Adhere to all safety and health regulations to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and colleagues.
  19. Complete other duties as assigned by management.
