Welcome to Hyatt! We are looking for a Front Office Agent who is excited to join our team and be the face of Hyatt at our hotel. The successful candidate will be personable, organized, and have excellent customer service skills. This is a great opportunity to join a world-leading hospitality brand and provide outstanding service to our guests. We are looking for a Front Office Agent who has at least 1-2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate must be highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment. They must be proficient in the use of computers and hotel systems, and be knowledgeable of the local area and attractions. A professional appearance and demeanor is essential.
