Are you a customer service superstar looking for a new challenge? We’ve got the perfect opportunity for you! Hyatt is currently in search of a dynamic Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing guests with a top-notch experience, from check-in to check-out. You’ll be a leader in our hospitality and customer service departments, and must be able to think on your feet and resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently.To be successful in this role, you’ll need a minimum of two years experience in a customer service or hospitality environment. You must be an excellent communicator, both orally and in writing, and have a pleasant, outgoing demeanor. You must be able to work independently and in a team environment, and have strong organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk software is a plus. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Monitor and maintain the front desk operations.
  4. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of guest check-in and check-out processes.
  5. Manage and coordinate staff to ensure efficient hotel operations.
  6. Maintain records of guest information and transactions.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  8. Monitor and resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently.
  9. Monitor and maintain hotel security and safety standards.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with front desk software.
