In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring guests experience a warm welcome and efficient check-in and check-out. You will provide guidance and leadership to the front desk staff, while developing and maintaining excellent customer service standards.To be successful in this role, you should have a solid background in customer service, as well as experience in the hospitality industry. You should be a confident problem-solver with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring guests experience a warm welcome and efficient check-in and check-out.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the front desk staff, while developing and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor and maintain front desk staff performance in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure front desk staff are knowledgeable in all areas of the hotel's services and amenities.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide feedback to staff.
- Train new front desk staff on proper procedures and customer service techniques.
- Manage front desk staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage at all times.
- Create and maintain updated records of all guests.
- Assist with the management of online bookings, room reservations, and any other related duties.
