Welcome to the Hyatt family! We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring guests experience a warm welcome and efficient check-in and check-out. You will provide guidance and leadership to the front desk staff, while developing and maintaining excellent customer service standards.To be successful in this role, you should have a solid background in customer service, as well as experience in the hospitality industry. You should be a confident problem-solver with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring guests experience a warm welcome and efficient check-in and check-out.
  2. Provide guidance and leadership to the front desk staff, while developing and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  3. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  4. Monitor and maintain front desk staff performance in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Ensure front desk staff are knowledgeable in all areas of the hotel's services and amenities.
  6. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide feedback to staff.
  7. Train new front desk staff on proper procedures and customer service techniques.
  8. Manage front desk staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage at all times.
  9. Create and maintain updated records of all guests.
  10. Assist with the management of online bookings, room reservations, and any other related duties.
