- Process payments and accurately handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain a working knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to effectively communicate with guests.
- Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel staff, communicating guest requests and needs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with special requests or arrangements for guests, such as transportation, dining reservations, or room upgrades.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Adhere to safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of guests and employees.
