  1. Greet and welcome guests as they enter the hotel, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Check-in guests efficiently and accurately, ensuring all necessary information and payments are collected.
  3. Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, keeping all supplies stocked and readily available.
  6. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
  7. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to assist guests in making the most of their stay.
  8. Keep updated records of room availability, reservations, and guest information.
  9. Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  10. Assist with guest check-out, ensuring all charges are accurate and accounted for.
  11. Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations and provide exceptional customer service.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about hotel policies, procedures, and promotions.
  13. Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
  14. Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
  15. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, representing the hotel and brand in a positive light.

This Includes Managing Phone Calls, Handling Guest Requests, And Processing Payments.

  • Proficiency In Computer Systems: A Front Desk Host Should Be Comfortable Using Various Computer Systems, Including Reservation And Billing Software, To Process Guest Information Accurately And Efficiently.

  • Interpersonal Skills And Team Player Attitude: As A Front Desk Host, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Other Hotel Staff Members, Including Housekeeping, Maintenance, And Management. Therefore, They Must Possess Strong Interpersonal Skills And Be A Team Player To Ensure A Seamless Guest Experience.
