- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately, ensuring all necessary information and payments are collected.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, providing helpful and informative responses.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies and materials are stocked and readily available.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs and requests.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, escalating to management when necessary.
- Utilize hotel systems and technology to manage reservations, room assignments, and guest profiles.
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process for large groups or events, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all guests.
- Upsell hotel amenities, packages, and services to guests to maximize revenue.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate and helpful information.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Complete administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as needed.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on hotel operations and standards.
- Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment, supporting and assisting other team members as needed.
- Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations and provide exceptional customer service.
