  1. Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they enter the hotel.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs and requests are met promptly and efficiently.
  3. Serve as the first point of contact for guests, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to assist guests with their needs.
  5. Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payment processes.
