  5. Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including keeping supplies stocked and organized.
  6. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  7. Anticipate guests' needs and personalize their stay to exceed their expectations.
  8. Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
  9. Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
  10. Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel, its services, and policies.
  11. Follow proper safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of guests and employees.
  12. Uphold the company's culture of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  13. Attend and actively participate in all training and development programs.
  14. Provide support to other departments as needed.
