As a Front Desk Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, making their stay at Hyatt a memorable one.   1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival at the hotel.
  2. Ensure a positive and memorable experience for all guests by providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, inquiries, and requests.
  4. Handle all guest complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively, taking necessary steps to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
  5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide accurate and helpful information to guests.
  6. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle reservations and cancellations.
  7. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
  8. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and overall guest experience.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and reception area.
  10. Attend and actively participate in all training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  11. Adhere to all hotel and brand standards, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and team members.
  12. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the Front Office Manager or other hotel management team members.
