As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience.   1. Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner upon arrival.
  2. Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately, ensuring all necessary information is collected and recorded.
  3. Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  5. Handle guest concerns and complaints with patience and empathy, striving to find a satisfactory solution.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and surrounding areas.
  7. Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  8. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  10. Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  11. Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  12. Uphold the company's standards of excellent customer service at all times.
  13. Handle emergency situations and follow proper protocols.
  14. Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and making reservations.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the guest experience and suggest new ideas for enhancing customer satisfaction.
