  1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival at the hotel.
  2. Check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurately entered into the system.
  3. Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
  5. Process payments and accurately handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
  6. Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback, addressing any issues or concerns and taking necessary steps to resolve them.
  7. Ensure all guest information and records are kept confidential and secure.
  8. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  9. Stay up-to-date on hotel amenities, services, and events to provide accurate and helpful information to guests.
  10. Continuously strive to provide exceptional service and anticipate guests' needs to exceed their expectations.
  11. Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, making reservations, and handling room changes.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed on new policies and procedures.
  13. Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and employees.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times when interacting with guests and colleagues.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Hyatt, promoting our values and delivering on our promise of exceptional service.
