We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Front Desk Agent at Hyatt. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing excellent customer service to our guests from the moment they arrive until the moment they depart. This is an important role that requires strong organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional service. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.• Previous experience in a customer service role. • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other related software. • Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures. • Ability to work flexible hours.
