At Hyatt, we are looking for a motivated, customer service-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor who can bring a sense of energy to the team and take our guests’ dining experiences to the next level. The ideal candidate will have the necessary qualifications to lead a team of servers, bartenders, and other staff to deliver the best hospitality experience possible.We are seeking a professional with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position in the food and beverage industry. The candidate must have a thorough understanding of food safety regulations, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and superior organizational and multitasking skills. Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a positive attitude and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of the Hyatt brand.If you have the qualifications necessary to drive success in our Food & Beverage department, we look forward to hearing from you!

Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of servers, bartenders, and other staff to ensure the highest quality of hospitality service for guests.
Monitor the food and beverage inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies are ordered and on-hand.
Monitor the cleanliness and safety of the food and beverage areas.
Train and coach staff on food safety regulations and customer service standards.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as necessary.
Assist with scheduling and assigning work duties.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of customer service and food safety.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor budget and financial performance of the department.
Maintain open lines of communication with other departments to ensure proper coordination.
