  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality products and services are secured at competitive prices.
  7. Conduct regular inspections of all food and beverage outlets to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  8. Plan and oversee special events and promotions to drive revenue and increase guest satisfaction.
  9. Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations to improve the food and beverage offerings.
  11. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and oversee the maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  13. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff to promote professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In The Hospitality Industry: A Food & Beverage Manager At Hyatt Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Working In The Hospitality Industry, Preferably In A Managerial Or Supervisory Role. This Experience Should Include Managing Food And Beverage Operations, Overseeing Budgets, And Ensuring Guest Satisfaction.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of All Aspects Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Menu Planning, Inventory Management, Cost Control, And Quality Control. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Trends And Have A Passion For Creating Memorable Dining Experiences.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Manager, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Motivate And Manage A Team Effectively. They Should Also Have Excellent Communication Skills To Interact With Staff, Guests, And Other Departments Within The Hotel.

  • Financial Acumen: A Food & Beverage Manager At Hyatt Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Financial Management, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Cost Control. They Should Be Able To Analyze Financial Reports And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Improve Profitability And Efficiency.

  • Customer Service Focus: The Candidate Should Have A Customer-Centric Mindset And Be Dedicated To Providing Exceptional Service To Guests. They Should Be Able To Anticipate Guests' Needs And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise, Ensuring A Positive Dining Experience For All Guests.
