- Oversee and manage all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests by providing exceptional service and quality in all food and beverage offerings.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability of the food and beverage department.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of food and beverage staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable, efficient, and provide excellent customer service.
- Create and maintain menus, ensuring they are in line with current trends and guest preferences.
- Monitor and control inventory and costs, while maintaining high quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and sales, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints and issues related to food and beverage service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff, offering training and development opportunities as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to the food and beverage operation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Plan and execute special events and promotions to attract and retain guests.
- Create and maintain budgets and financial reports for the food and beverage department.
- Lead by example and motivate the team to consistently provide exceptional service and foster a positive work environment.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Menu Development, Inventory Management, And Cost Control.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Team Leadership And Staff Development.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Handle High-Pressure Situations And Maintain A Positive Attitude.
