Welcome to Hyatt! We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As our Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu development, budgeting, and staff management. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about the hospitality industry, has excellent leadership skills, and is dedicated to providing top-notch service.   1. Oversee all food and beverage operations, including menu development, budgeting, and staff management.
  2. Ensure all food and beverage offerings meet high-quality standards and guest expectations.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage products.
  4. Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability in the food and beverage department.
  5. Train, mentor, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to meet demand.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
  8. Maintain a safe and sanitary environment in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to ensure continuous improvement.
  10. Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize food and beverage operations.
  11. Handle and resolve any guest complaints or issues related to food and beverage services.
  12. Monitor and analyze sales and expenses, making adjustments as needed to meet budget goals.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for menu updates and improvements.
  14. Communicate effectively with management and other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.
  15. Attend and actively participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
