Job Description

The Food and Beverage Director at Hyatt is a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Responsibilities: -Develop and implement food and beverage policies, procedures, and standards -Oversee the operations of all food and beverage outlets -Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality -Manage the budget for food and beverage operations -Develop and manage relationships with vendors -Hire, train, and supervise staff -Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations -Plan and coordinate special events -Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction -Analyze financial reports and make necessary adjustments to maximize profits
