We are currently seeking a First Assistant Manager to join our team and assist in the daily operations of our hotel.As a First Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel, from managing guest relations to overseeing team performance. We are looking for a driven and motivated individual who is passionate about hospitality and has a strong desire to excel in a leadership role.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including managing guest relations, team performance, and ensuring the overall quality of service provided.
  2. Assist the General Manager in overseeing and managing hotel operations, including budgeting, staffing, and maintenance.
  3. Train, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with other department heads to develop and implement strategies for improving guest experiences and overall hotel performance.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, supplies, and equipment to ensure smooth operations and cost-effectiveness.
  6. Address and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
  8. Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  9. Develop and implement training programs for staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  10. Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and guest rooms to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to brand standards.
  11. Manage room reservations, room assignments, and room changes to maximize revenue.
  12. Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  13. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to make strategic recommendations for improvement.
  14. Act as a liaison between hotel management and staff, communicating important information and addressing any concerns or issues.
  15. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, setting an example for the hotel staff to follow.

Job Qualifications
  • Management Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role, Preferably In A Hospitality Or Customer Service Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team, Delegate Responsibilities, And Handle Conflicts Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability To Communicate Clearly And Effectively With Team Members, Guests, And Other Departments Within The Hotel.

  • Organizational Skills: Must Be Highly Organized And Detail-Oriented, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Priorities In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Hotel Operations: Familiarity With Hotel Operations And Industry Standards, Including Guest Service, Revenue Management, And Cost Control. Previous Experience In A Hyatt Property Is Preferred.
