- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including managing guest relations, team performance, and ensuring the overall quality of service provided.
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing and managing hotel operations, including budgeting, staffing, and maintenance.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other department heads to develop and implement strategies for improving guest experiences and overall hotel performance.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, supplies, and equipment to ensure smooth operations and cost-effectiveness.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and guest rooms to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage room reservations, room assignments, and room changes to maximize revenue.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to make strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between hotel management and staff, communicating important information and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, setting an example for the hotel staff to follow.
Management Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role, Preferably In A Hospitality Or Customer Service Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills: Proven Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team, Delegate Responsibilities, And Handle Conflicts Effectively.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability To Communicate Clearly And Effectively With Team Members, Guests, And Other Departments Within The Hotel.
Organizational Skills: Must Be Highly Organized And Detail-Oriented, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Priorities In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Knowledge Of Hotel Operations: Familiarity With Hotel Operations And Industry Standards, Including Guest Service, Revenue Management, And Cost Control. Previous Experience In A Hyatt Property Is Preferred.
