  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for the food and beverage department.
  2. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to generate repeat business and promote guest satisfaction.
  3. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and create targeted sales campaigns.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to create and execute promotional events and packages to attract new business.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of the property's F&B offerings and be able to effectively communicate and promote them to potential clients.
  6. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure maximum profitability for the department.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the management.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for the property, representing the Hyatt brand and its values.
  9. Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations for improvement.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the market.
  12. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management regularly.
  13. Train and mentor junior sales team members and assist in their professional development.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance with all laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Sales Executive Must Possess Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Build Relationships. They Should Also Have The Ability To Negotiate And Persuade Potential Customers.

  • Proven Track Record In Sales: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The F&B Industry. They Should Have A Successful Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of F&B Industry: A Good Understanding Of The F&B Industry, Including Current Trends And Market Dynamics, Is Essential For The Sales Executive To Be Able To Identify Potential Clients And Develop Effective Sales Strategies.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills: The F&B Sales Executive Should Be Able To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Their Time Effectively, And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously. This Role Requires Strong Organizational Skills To Maintain Accurate Records And Stay On Top Of Sales Activities.

  • Team Player With A Positive Attitude: As Part Of The Hyatt Team, The F&B Sales Executive Should Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Other Team Members And Demonstrate A Positive Attitude Towards Achieving Common Goals. They Should Also Be Able To Work Independently And Take Initiative When Needed.
