- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive event bookings and revenue for the hotel.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure the success of events.
- Collaborate with various departments within the hotel to coordinate and execute events seamlessly.
- Manage the entire event planning process from initial inquiry to post-event follow up.
- Conduct site visits and provide tours to potential clients to showcase our event spaces and services.
- Create and present proposals and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and pricing to achieve maximum profitability.
- Utilize creative thinking and problem-solving skills to customize events according to client needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to inform event planning decisions and strategies.
- Oversee the event budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely invoicing.
- Train and supervise event planning team members to ensure high-quality service and execution of events.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of event bookings, contracts, and correspondence for future reference.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Event Sales And Planning, Preferably In A Hotel Or Resort Setting
Proven Track Record Of Successful Event Planning And Execution
Knowledge Of Event Management Software And Tools, Such As Cvent Or Social Tables
