- Develop and implement strategies to drive event sales and meet revenue targets.
- Manage the entire event planning process, from initial client inquiry to post-event follow-up.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Create and maintain detailed event budgets and timelines.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competition, and market conditions.
- Conduct site visits and provide recommendations to clients to enhance their event experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve event processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train and supervise event staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure a clear understanding of event expectations.
- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the event planning and execution process.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Event Sales And Planning, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Event Sales And Meeting Revenue Targets.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize In A Fast-Paced Environment.
