Set up and maintain all digital and audio-visual equipment in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and common areas to ensure they are functioning properly and meet brand standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to digital and AV equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure they are in good working condition and report any necessary repairs or replacements.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure all technical needs for events and meetings are met.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital and AV technology trends and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements to enhance guest experiences.
Assist guests with operating digital and AV equipment and provide technical support as needed.
Maintain accurate inventory records of all digital and AV equipment and supplies.
Work with vendors and suppliers to source and purchase new equipment and negotiate competitive prices.
Train and mentor other staff members on the proper use and maintenance of digital and AV equipment.
Uphold and promote Hyatt's commitment to exceptional customer service by providing prompt and courteous service to guests and addressing any concerns or complaints related to digital and AV equipment.
