- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of all digital and audiovisual equipment to ensure optimal functionality and guest satisfaction.
- Set up and operate audiovisual equipment for meetings, conferences, and events according to guests' needs and specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and equipment in the digital and audiovisual industry to continually enhance guest experience.
- Provide timely and efficient technical support to guests and staff for any issues related to digital and audiovisual equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology and AV needs for events and meetings.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all digital and audiovisual equipment to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Assist with the planning and execution of audiovisual requirements for special events and projects.
- Train and educate staff on basic audiovisual operations and troubleshooting techniques.
- Maintain an inventory of all digital and audiovisual equipment and ensure proper storage and organization.
