Manage and maintain all audio-visual and digital technology equipment, ensuring they are in proper working condition and ready for use at all times.
Set up and operate audio-visual equipment for events, including but not limited to microphones, speakers, projectors, and video conferencing systems.
Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during events, providing prompt and effective solutions to minimize disruption.
Collaborate with event planners and other team members to understand and fulfill their technology needs for each event.
Conduct thorough testing and preventive maintenance on all equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify any potential issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the audio-visual and digital fields, and make recommendations for upgrades or new equipment.
Train and support team members on the proper use of audio-visual and digital technology equipment, ensuring they are comfortable and confident in operating the equipment.
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, anticipating their needs and proactively offering solutions to enhance their experience.
Maintain inventory of all audio-visual and digital equipment, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment when needed.
Adhere to all safety and security protocols when handling equipment and assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

Strong Technical Knowledge And Experience In Audio-Visual Equipment And Systems.
Proficient In Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills Related To Digital And Av Technology.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact Effectively With Clients And Team Members.
Ability To Multitask And Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Prior Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Hotel Or Hospitality Industry.
