- Provide technical support for all digital and audio-visual equipment throughout the hotel.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with digital and AV equipment in a timely manner.
- Ensure all equipment is properly set up and functioning for events and meetings.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all digital and AV equipment, including regular testing and servicing.
- Stay updated on the latest digital and AV technology trends and innovations to make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless integration of digital and AV technology for guest experiences.
- Train and educate other team members on the proper use and maintenance of digital and AV equipment.
