- Troubleshoot and repair any technical issues that may arise with digital and AV equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to guest experiences.
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of all equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.
- Assist guests and staff with the operation of digital and AV equipment, providing excellent customer service and technical support.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate audio-visual requirements for events and meetings, ensuring all technical needs are met.
- Keep updated on the latest digital and AV technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements to enhance guest experiences.
- Create and maintain documentation and inventory of all digital and AV equipment, including manuals, warranties, and service records.
- Train and educate hotel staff on the proper use and maintenance of digital and AV equipment.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols when handling digital and AV equipment, ensuring the protection of both guests and employees.
- Provide on-call support for urgent technical issues outside of regular working hours as needed.
Experience With Audiovisual Equipment: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Audiovisual Equipment, Including Projectors, Sound Systems, And Lighting Controls.
Technical Knowledge: A Digital & Av Technician At Hyatt Should Possess A Solid Technical Background And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues Related To Audiovisual Equipment.
