- Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes according to Hyatt's standards and recipes.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with current food trends and techniques in Indian cuisine.
- Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in Indian cooking techniques and recipes.
- Ensure quality and consistency of all dishes served.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary ingredients.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors, providing updates on menu changes and special requests.
