Job Description

Hyatt is currently seeking an experienced, customer-oriented Customer Care Specialist - PBX Operator to join our team and provide superior customer service. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable, organized, and have excellent customer service skills.The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality setting. Knowledge of PBX systems and a high level of comfort with technology is also essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential to being successful in this role. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to multitask and handle multiple calls simultaneously while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.If you are an enthusiastic individual with the necessary qualifications and a passion for delivering exceptional customer care, we want you to join our team!
