  1. Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, serving as the first point of contact for all communication.
  2. Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly and efficiently.
  3. Listen attentively to guests' inquiries and concerns, and provide accurate and timely information and solutions.
  4. Utilize Hyatt's communication systems and tools effectively to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for guests.
  5. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a calm and professional manner, following Hyatt's guidelines and procedures.
  6. Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guest requests and needs are met in a timely manner.
  7. Keep accurate records of guest interactions and maintain a log of all communication activities.
  8. Stay up-to-date with Hyatt's policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate and relevant information to guests.
  9. Continuously strive to improve communication processes and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Hyatt, promoting the company's values and delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
  11. Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.
  12. Attend training and development sessions to enhance communication skills and stay updated on new technology and tools.
  13. Adhere to all safety and security procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and employees.
  14. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to guest privacy and data protection.
  15. Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
