As a Communication Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and communication support to our guests and colleagues.   1. Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
  3. Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the communication center.
  5. Assist guests with reservations, room service orders, and other requests.
  6. Keep accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
  8. Stay updated on hotel services, facilities, and events to provide accurate information to guests.
  9. Handle and resolve guest complaints or concerns in a calm and efficient manner.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information and hotel operations.
  11. Uphold and promote a high level of Hyatt's brand standards and values.
  12. Proactively communicate with colleagues and superiors to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  14. Complete administrative tasks, such as data entry and report generation.
  15. Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  16. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  17. Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
