Hyatt is seeking a highly-motivated Central Sales Lead Specialist to join our team and help us continue to build our business. The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as a deep knowledge of the sales process. The Central Sales Lead Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all sales leads are tracked and followed up in a timely fashion, and that sales goals are met. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a hospitality setting, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Responsibilities:

• Utilize customer service and communication skills to ensure sales leads are tracked and followed up on in a timely manner • Monitor and track sales goals to ensure they are met • Provide guidance and support to other departments in order to achieve sales objectives • Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement in the sales process • Maintain a customer-focused attitude to ensure customer satisfaction • Develop and implement strategies to reach short-term and long-term sales goals • Stay informed of current trends and best practices in the hospitality industry • Lead meetings and trainings with other departments to ensure success of sales initiatives
