Responsibilities: -Greet guests upon arrival and assist with any needs or requests. -Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance with luggage, directions, and information related to the hotel. -Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a courteous and professional manner. -Provide directions and transportation information to guests. -Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. -Ensure hotel lobby and entrance areas are tidy and presentable to guests. -Assist staff with any administrative tasks as needed. -Be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. -Maintain knowledge of all hotel services and amenities. -Comply with safety regulations and procedures.
