
Bell Attendant
The Hyatt is looking for an exceptional Bell Attendant to join our team and provide our guests with an incomparable level of service. If you have the necessary qualifications and are excited to be part of a team that delivers world-class service, we look forward to hearing from you!Required Qualifications:• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment• Professional demeanor and attitude• Ability to handle guest requests courteously and efficiently• Knowledge of basic computer skills• Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.• Flexible availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival to the hotel • Monitor and manage the hotel lobby area • Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the hotel lobby • Ensure that all guest needs are met in a friendly and efficient manner • Follow safety protocols and guidelines • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and amenities • Remain up-to-date on all hotel policies and procedures • Follow all company policies and procedures • Other duties as assigned.
