We are currently seeking a motivated, professional, and friendly Bell Attendant to join our team.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a customer-centric approach, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent service to all our guests. The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a friendly demeanor, is essential.To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role. In addition, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills. A valid driver’s license is also required. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet guests upon arrival and answer any questions they may have.
  2. Assist with luggage and provide directions to their room.
  3. Provide information on local attractions and amenities.
  4. Monitor the front desk area and ensure it is always clean and organized.
  5. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  6. Respond to guest inquiries and handle any complaints in a professional manner.
  7. Ensure all safety and security protocols are observed.
  8. Maintain accurate records of guest room status and occupancy.
  9. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff, guests, and vendors.
  10. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
