
Bell Attendant

We are currently seeking a motivated, professional, and friendly Bell Attendant to join our team.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a customer-centric approach, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent service to all our guests. The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a friendly demeanor, is essential.To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role. In addition, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills. A valid driver’s license is also required. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and answer any questions they may have.
- Assist with luggage and provide directions to their room.
- Provide information on local attractions and amenities.
- Monitor the front desk area and ensure it is always clean and organized.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Respond to guest inquiries and handle any complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are observed.
- Maintain accurate records of guest room status and occupancy.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff, guests, and vendors.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
