Job Description

At Hyatt, we're seeking a Bell Attendant to join our team and provide outstanding service to our guests. As a Bell Attendant, you will be a crucial part of creating an exceptional experience for our guests. Our ideal candidate will have a natural flair for hospitality and be passionate about making guests feel welcomed and valued.To be successful in this role you should possess excellent customer service skills, be highly organized with an eye for detail, and have a genuine interest in creating a pleasant and enjoyable experience for our guests. The ideal individual will also have a minimum of one year experience in a similar role and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities:

-Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance with luggage -Answer the telephone politely and efficiently, and direct calls to the appropriate department -Provide information about the hotel and its services, as well as local attractions and events -Provide guests with directions to various locations within the hotel and surrounding area -Ensure the lobby is clean and organized -Assist with special requests from guests -Assist with luggage storage and retrieval -Assist with valet service -Ensure that all guests receive a pleasant and enjoyable experience -Maintain a valid driver’s license -Perform other duties as assigned
