Job Description

As a Bell Attendant at the Hyatt, you will be responsible for providing a high level of guest service and hospitality to ensure a memorable experience for each of our guests. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team.The ideal candidate should possess a strong customer service focus and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in a hotel setting is preferred, but not required. Knowledge of basic computer skills and hotel operations is beneficial.We are searching for a professional with an upbeat personality and an eagerness to exceed our guests' expectations. Responsibilites:

  1. Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance with luggage and other needs.
  2. Handle guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Ensure that all guests are provided with a high level of customer service.
  4. Keep track of guest check-ins and check-outs and keep accurate records.
  5. Ensure that all areas of the hotel are properly maintained and kept clean.
  6. Respond to guests' inquiries about the hotel and local area.
  7. Assist with any other tasks as assigned by management.
  8. Follow all safety and security procedures.
  9. Provide accurate information about the hotel services and amenities.
  10. Process guest payment transactions.
