Job Description

At Hyatt, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bell Attendant to join our team. This person should have exceptional customer service skills and a strong work ethic. The Bell Attendant will be the first point of contact for our guests and should have the skills and demeanor to make them feel welcomed and taken care of.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, and must be highly organized with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The Bell Attendant should have a positive attitude, be able to work independently, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The Bell Attendant must also be reliable and possess a valid driver’s license.The successful applicant should be a team player who enjoys interacting with guests and providing them with a great experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance with luggage and check-in, as needed.
  2. Maintain a neat and clean front desk area and lobby.
  3. Answer the hotel telephone and respond to guest inquiries.
  4. Ensure that the hotel lobby area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  5. Respond to guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Accurately process all transactions at the front desk, including reservations and check-ins.
  7. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and special offers.
  8. Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  9. Assist with other duties as assigned.
  10. Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
  11. Possess a valid driver’s license.
