
Bell Attendant
Are you an exceptionally friendly and helpful person? We at the Hyatt are looking for a Bell Attendant who takes great pride in providing outstanding service to our guests. Our ideal candidate is well-organized, efficient, and has a strong commitment to customer service. The Bell Attendant is a crucial part of the hotel’s team, and plays an important role in creating positive guest experiences.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You must also be able to work well with others, as this position requires interacting with guests, other hotel staff, and managers. The ability to stay calm and professional in stressful situations is also essential. Other qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and previous experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and courteous fashion.
- Assist with various tasks as needed, such as delivering messages and packages to guests.
- Ensure the security of guest items, such as keys and valuables.
- Ensure that the lobby and entrance areas of the hotel are clean and presentable.
- Monitor and maintain the hotel’s security procedures.
- Provide guests with directions and information about the hotel and the local area.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the hotel management.
