Job Description

At Hyatt, we are always looking for passionate and enthusiastic people to join our team. We are currently seeking a Bell Attendant to provide exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate should be friendly, organized, and possess excellent customer service skills.The Bell Attendant will be responsible for greeting guests, answering questions, and providing assistance with luggage. They should also be able to anticipate our guests’ needs and be able to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service and be able to work with minimal supervision.To be considered for this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a hospitality environment is preferred but not required. You must also be able to work flexible shifts and be willing to work weekends and holidays.If you have a passion for providing the highest level of customer service and are looking for an opportunity to grow and develop your career, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage
  2. Provide information and assistance to guests in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Anticipate guests’ needs and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
  4. Ensure that the lobby and entrance area are clean and organized at all times
  5. Assist with check-ins and check-outs
  6. Answer questions regarding the hotel and local area
  7. Assist guests with any requests or needs
  8. Ensure that all guests receive the highest level of customer service
  9. Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  10. Adhere to all safety and security protocols
  11. Ensure compliance with local and state laws, as well as company policies and procedures
