We at Hyatt are looking for a Bell Attendant who is passionate about providing the highest level of guest service and is excited to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will be a great communicator, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.The Bell Attendant plays an essential role in ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for our guests. From assisting guests with their luggage to providing transportation and directions, the Bell Attendant will be the face of our hotel and must be able to represent our brand with the utmost professionalism.To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of one year of related experience in a hospitality setting. It is also essential that you have a valid driver’s license and are able to drive a van or shuttle. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required. Finally, it is essential that you have a positive and courteous attitude at all times and are able to remain calm and professional even in difficult situations.If you believe you have the qualifications and enthusiasm for this position, we look forward to hearing from you.

Responsibilities of a Bell Attendant:

  1. Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage.
  2. Provide transportation and directions to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Monitor the arrival and departure of all hotel guests.
  4. Ensure that all guest requests are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Ensure that the lobby and other hotel areas are clean and presentable at all times.
  6. Provide assistance to guests with any other needs they may have.
  7. Maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a van or shuttle.
  8. Remain calm and professional in difficult situations.
  9. Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed at all times.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
