Banquet Server

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professional and detail-oriented Banquet Server to join the team at the Hyatt. As a Banquet Server, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. If you’re passionate about hospitality, have a strong work ethic and the ability to think on your feet, we’d love to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have at least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or banquet setting. You’ll also need to have excellent customer service skills, a good knowledge of food and beverage service, and a strong commitment to providing top-notch service. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to guests in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

• Follow all safety and sanitation regulations when serving food and beverages

• Set up banquet rooms with tables, chairs, linens, and centerpieces as required

• Greet guests and answer any questions they may have

• Serve food and beverages according to established standards

• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or complaints

• Ensure all dishes and utensils are clean and sanitized

• Clean and reset tables and chairs after each event

• Assist with event breakdown and clean-up

• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
