- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the brand image and market positioning of Hyatt.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform brand strategy.
- Manage brand budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize brand impact.
- Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness and loyalty.
- Monitor and track brand performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Work closely with external partners and agencies to develop and execute co-branded campaigns.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitor activities to inform brand strategy.
- Plan and execute brand events and activations to engage with consumers and showcase the Hyatt brand.
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to ensure brand consistency in all visual elements.
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence to them across all departments.
- Train and guide junior team members to ensure a strong understanding of the brand and its values.
- Continuously evaluate and improve brand messaging and positioning to resonate with target audiences.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Hyatt, actively promoting the brand and its values both internally and externally.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and platforms to identify new opportunities to elevate the brand.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Brand Management Or Marketing, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Brand Strategy And Positioning, With A Track Record Of Successful Brand Campaigns And Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Market Research, With The Ability To Use Insights To Inform Brand Strategies And Decisions.
