  1. Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments are running smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Foster a positive work environment for employees by providing guidance, support, and feedback.
  3. Work alongside the operations team to ensure high-quality standards are met and maintained.
  4. Train and develop team members to provide exceptional service and create a positive guest experience.
  5. Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  7. Oversee the scheduling and staffing of departments to meet the needs of the hotel and ensure optimal guest service.
  8. Maintain a strong understanding of hotel policies, procedures, and services to effectively handle guest inquiries and complaints.
  9. Assist in budget planning and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
  10. Serve as a role model for the team by exemplifying excellent customer service and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Operations Management Within The Hospitality Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Knowledge Of Hotel Operations And Procedures, Including Revenue Management And Budgeting.
