1. Assist in managing daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments.

8. Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure proper levels and quality.

10. Assist in creating and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
11. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote hotel services and packages, and identify opportunities to increase business.
12. Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to continuously improve operations.
13. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
14. Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
