- Assist in managing daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments.
- Ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards and addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of hotel policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive guest experience.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and scheduling staff to maintain adequate coverage and meet service standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure proper levels and quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and guest rooms to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are met.
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote hotel services and packages, and identify opportunities to increase business.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to continuously improve operations.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
- Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating exceptional customer service and professionalism at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role In The Hospitality Industry.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Proficiency In Computer Systems, Including Microsoft Office And Property Management Software.
Knowledge Of Operational Procedures And Best Practices In The Hotel Industry, Including Front Desk, Housekeeping, And Food And Beverage Operations.
