  1. Assist in managing the daily operations of the hotel, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments.
  2. Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service is provided at all times.
  3. Train and supervise staff to ensure they are following brand standards and providing excellent customer service.
  4. Monitor and maintain hotel inventory, including supplies and equipment, to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  5. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the hotel.
  6. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall hotel operations and guest experience.
  7. Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
  8. Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Prepare and analyze reports on hotel operations, including financial performance, occupancy rates, and guest satisfaction.
  10. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees to maintain a high-performing team.
  11. Uphold and promote the Hyatt brand and values through all interactions and activities.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the hotel to guests, vendors, and the community.
  13. Continuously strive to improve and innovate processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of hotel operations.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the hotel remains competitive and upholds high standards.
  15. Collaborate with the General Manager and other managers to develop and implement strategies for achieving business goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Hotel Operations Or Hospitality Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Staff, Guests, And Management.

  • Familiarity With Hotel Operations Systems Such As Property Management Software And Revenue Management Tools.
