- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a high level of service and efficiency.
- Train and supervise front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of front office activities, including occupancy rates, guest feedback, and revenue.
- Monitor and control inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve front office operations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to front desk staff.

- Act as a role model for the team, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Assist with scheduling and payroll for front desk staff.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager or upper management.
