  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs and requests are met promptly and efficiently.
  2. Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front office department.
  3. Train, mentor, and supervise front office staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about hotel policies and procedures, and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
  5. Monitor and maintain the front desk and lobby area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  6. Assist in managing room reservations, including checking availability, updating rates and availability, and ensuring accurate billing.
  7. Handle guest complaints and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
  8. Assist in conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with hotel standards and policies.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve front office operations and guest experiences, and provide feedback to the Front Office Manager.
  11. Support and promote a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  12. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, representing the hotel in a positive manner.
  13. Uphold and enforce all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  14. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
  15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager or hotel management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In A Hotel Front Office Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Knowledge Of Hotel Operations, Including Reservation Systems, Check-In/Check-Out Procedures, And Guest Service Standards.

  • Proficient In Computer Skills, Including Microsoft Office And Hotel Property Management Systems.

  • Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
