- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs and requests are met promptly and efficiently.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front office department.
- Train, mentor, and supervise front office staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about hotel policies and procedures, and providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Monitor and maintain the front desk and lobby area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist in managing room reservations, including checking availability, updating rates and availability, and ensuring accurate billing.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Assist in conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with hotel standards and policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Continuously seek ways to improve front office operations and guest experiences, and provide feedback to the Front Office Manager.
- Support and promote a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, representing the hotel in a positive manner.
- Uphold and enforce all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager or hotel management.
Minimum 2 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In A Hotel Front Office Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Knowledge Of Hotel Operations, Including Reservation Systems, Check-In/Check-Out Procedures, And Guest Service Standards.
Proficient In Computer Skills, Including Microsoft Office And Hotel Property Management Systems.
Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
